Zagros Cheshme Sepidan Company is one of the largest factories producing non-gas mineral water in 1.5 and 0.5 liter packaging under the name Spruz (the name of Zagros mountain in Shahnameh) in the protection area of Sepidan city, Fars, on the slopes of Zagros mountain at an altitude of 2400 meters above sea level. After three years of construction, it was put into operation in December 2008, and after going through the process of obtaining the standard mark by the respected management of the Fars General Directorate of Standards, the factory’s products have been widely sold in the domestic market since May 2008.

The water supply of the factory comes from the large Chele Gah Sepidan spring, which has the highest quality mineral water standards and is a thousand years old, and is still considered the most pleasant water of the Sepidan springs in the minds of the local people. The most important feature of Spruce mineral water is the absence of nitrates or at least nitrates in the water. Therefore, its consumption is allowed for all ages, including babies. (Nitrate in the highest conditions of spring water is 3 mg/liter.)
